Interlocking and overlapping Steel Sheet Piles
Sheet Piles can be driven in with a Driving Head which we also have for hire. The interlocking nature means that the earth either side of the pile will be virtually undisturbed. Material can then be removed from either side of the pile without interference (providing the piles are properly supported). Sites that might benefit this feature include terrain that might contain drains, surrounding foundations, electricity and telecoms cables, gas lines or sensitive environmental or archaeological features. The trench sheets or piles can be left in situ as a long term solution or removed as a project moves forward and used again.
