I just wanted to inform you of the fantastic customer service I received today from your hire team
I had been around the houses trying to find Heras fencing after the fencing units at my site in Billingshurst were removed by another contractor without any warning. It was therefore imperative that I had the fencing delivered today.
After speaking with HSS, Travis and other companies that we already had accounts with I soon realized that none of them were able to give me the same day delivery, nor were they able to move anything around to accommodate my emergency order.
Your man, however, assured me that he could get the fencing on site today and he made me feel that my order was important to him.
I felt very confident that George would get the equipment to site on time and after I had made the payment the fencing turned up within the hour. I was very impressed and grateful as the site was a NatWest Bank and of high priority to us.
I thought that George was wonderfully professional, providing a very quick turnaround and outstanding customer service.
